Track Replacement Project
INVITATION TO BID
The Homer Community Schools District is requesting bids to expand the existing high school track in accordance with the enclosed specifications and instructions. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Central Office addressed to:
Mr. Michael Leskowich, 403 S. Hillsdale St, Homer MI 49245 no later than 3:00 p.m., on Friday, October 22, 2021.
No email, oral, telephonic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Please mark on the outside of the envelope “Track Bid”. All bids shall be valid for not less than 90 days from the due date. The bid opening meeting will be conducted at Central Office at 403
S. Hillsdale Street, Homer MI 49245 at 3:01 p.m. on Friday, October 22, 2021.
Homer Community School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive omissions, regularities or clerical errors not affecting substantial compliance with the plans and specifications.
The track is available for inspection Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. upon appointment. Please report to the Central Office (517-724-9331) upon entering the building.
Smoking or use of tobacco products is not allowed in the school buildings or on school grounds according to State of Michigan Law.
